The following items are included in the tour price.
1. Air Fare - Return airfare from Los Angeles to Colombo,
Sri Lanka.
2. Meals – Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
3. Land transport – Private air-conditioned tourist coach with a local driver.
4. Train rides – The train ticket prices are included.
5. Accommodation - Two people per hotel room. The tourist hotels are rated 4 to 5 stars by Sri Lankan standards. Breakfast and dinner buffets included.
Optional supplementary single room is available upon request. Please contact Jack for price quote.
7. Taxes – All local taxes are included.
The following expenses are not included in the tour price:

Travelling medical insurance – The MedEx medical group in the United States provides a great travelling medical insurance package for one month for about $75. Please contact MedEx to find your rate.

2. Visa fees – The entry visa to Sri Lanka is $20 per person. The entry visa to India is $63 per person.
3. Tips – courtesy tips (for instance, restaurant services) are paid according to local currencies. Jack will advise you on the amount each time you need to tip. The estimated total tip fee will be close to $80 per person for the whole tour in Sri Lanka.
4. Location entrance fees – Entrance fees for the locations are not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of international airfares is subject to a penalty fee after a certain time. This includes hotel bookings and land transportation options. Please contact Jack for more details.

Chathuni & Saumya Family Tour of Sri Lanka - 2018
Jack’s service was spectacular! As soon as we informed him about our interest in going to Sri Lanka, he prepared a full, detailed itinerary for us in less than a week. On top of preparing an itinerary, Jack made all the hotel reservations and was constantly checking to make sure everything was going well while we were on the trip. He asked us what specific things we wanted to see/do and filled in the rest of the itinerary with other activities which we had so much fun doing. The hotels he selected for us were very good along with the food/service which was included in the package. Jack arranged a beautiful lunch by the paddy (rice) fields where we got to enjoy a variety of delicious ethnic foods while enjoying the view. The driver and tour guide we were assigned to were very friendly and also resourceful; they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Jack’s itinerary made it possible for us to see a large part of Sri Lanka in just a week. All in all, we would really recommend Jack’s services; we had an amazing time on this trip and could not have done it without him.
